Repeating Background Image

I have created my site so that I have a header image and a side menu image. Within Act_Primary I can't get these two images to join and close the gap (see attached). If I create a background image and add this within the Options properties then this bridges the gap, and all looks well... that is until I go to the home and brochure pages, where it then starts to repeat.

I'm not sure why I don't get this problem in the act_primary page even when there is alot on the page, but I do on the others. I don't want to create a graphic will lots of white space. Does anyone have any ideas?

Looks like a cell padding problem. Set your cell padding to 0. Might be best to attach a copy of your template to confirm
