Which template do I edit - I want to include a section list AND the subsections on the same page for instance wine region 1 - white,red,sparkling - Wine region 2 - white,red,sparkling etc

Is this possible ?

Yes

I would follow the instructions in the attached file to include a list in the way you describe in you overall layout template (Act_Primary.html).
