trouble cross refrencing actinic order with world pay

Hi,
Hope someone can help.
I'm having problems cross refrencing my actinic orders with world pay.
Because World Pay doesn't seem to pick up my actinic order number or any product description I have to muddle through matching prices and dates ordered. WP itself produces a unique order number for each payment but it doesn't seem to tally with anything at actinics end. Does anyone know of an easy way I could be helped?

My confirmation emails contain reference to 'Your cart ID' this is the Actinic order number.
