Title area/web position gold

Hi Guys, forgive me if this is an obvious question . I am using web position which suggests I change some words in the <title> area, my question is 1. where is thsi located or 2. are there any priffessional designers on here who could help me (for a fee of course) implement the recommendations of web position.

I'm not afraid to do the work myself but would need some instruction.

1. where is thsi located

You will find the <title> tag within your 'Overall Layout Template' - usually called Act_Primary.html.

Go to 'Design | Options | Sections' and click the 'Edit' button next to the 'Default Overall Layout' field.

The title tags look like this:

<TITLE>
NETQUOTEVAR:PAGETITLE NETQUOTEVAR:PAGEHEADER
</TITLE>
