can anyone experienced this problem with Worldpay.

Someone places an order

I get my copy of the confirmation email

I then ask actinic to download orders, it says there aren't any

I go to Worldpay admin, the order/payment is recorded

Wierd eh!

I have done a site refresh and re-input my secret key

Really wierd ... in theory you should only get a confirmation email if the user goes back to the done page so there should be no way of getting that without a valid .ord file for downloading.

Are the orders that arrive this way valid?

We use worldpay but haven't seen any problems over the last day or so, orders seem to be arriving as normal.

Try looking at the knowledge base article by searching for "lost orders".

I have recieved an order confirmation from Wpay today but cant find it in any of our sites??

Could be slippage somewhere
