Transfer to Protx pages

We have switched from WorldPay to Protx, when transferring the payment process to the WorldPay pages the customer needed to click a button but for Protx the transfer is done automatically.

How do I change it so that the customer has to click the continue button to get to the Protx pages?? I've had a number of customers state that it just hangs on this transfer page.

I'm assuming I just change a template but any help would be much appreciated.

The problem is intermittent, suggesting its a customers individual settings or a firewall issue. I hope by making it a 'click to continue' page that it would get around any such problems.
