Order Packaging: Provider Name

Under the 'Shipping and Handling' tab on a downloaded order, there is a part which shows the 'Order Packaging' This has a 'Provider Name' which always seems to be shown as N/A. I can't see how to change this, and would like to be able to change it to something relevant. Any ideas?

The 'Provider Name' is only used if you are using a US version of the software, and have installed the UPS Online Tools.

Think of it like the drop-down list of Payment Service Providers you get in 'Business Settings'. They are the service providers that are are available to select from.

Is there no UK version? I'd like to use this for Royal Mail, City Link, etc.
