A Script line above any html code on receipt page

I am setting up a mysql database just to put info in to from actinic, it all works with everything fine, but i just need to get a <?PHP include "filename";?> line above the <HTML> tag on the receipt page.

Does anyone know how to do this or do i need to do it myself? and if so which file do i change?

Go to 'Design | Options | Layouts' and click the 'Edit' button next to the 'Receipt Page Layout' field. You can add it into that file.
