Shipping Note instructions more clearly shown

Is it possible to make the shupping note instructions more pronounced i.e. Bold or large font on the packing list and also place them on the invoice

It would also be better if presented in the Delivery To: box

Also, Jan Strassen at mole-end.biz does report customisation at a reasonable price so it may be worth getting in contact with her in the short term.
