    Not receiving order e-mails

    Hi all,

    This is a strange one.
    For the past 3 days I have not received any emails regarding
    orders, the orders are being placed but I am no longer getting the 'there are orders since you last downloaded' and emails saying 'thank you for shopping at x' 'your items are x' ( I can't remember exactly what it says).

    I haven't changed any settings with Actinic and because I have never had any problems in the past I haven't got a clue where to start looking for errors.

    Can anyone shed any light in this?

    We have had this aswell but i just refreshed the web site and it started working again.

      if you want it to send you an email with the order each time one is placed go to VIEW | BUSINESS SETTINGS | ORDERING in there it says send receipt email copies to : enter the email address here
