    Upgraded :)

    Hello all,

Thanks to everyone on your support team for all the help I've had today....

I have a couple of queries regarding templates
on our checkout the format no longer fits onto the page.

On the invoice page under shipping & handling

    NETQUOTEVAR:SHIPANDHANDLEINFO

    Can I delete this?

    Many thanks

      Actinic Disaster.

After editing the template & updating actinic I get

      malformed xml template.

I am now restoring Actinic 5 as it was after 5.30 when I realised the problem.

After a full day of using actinic 6.

        Turn of events...

I had been changing the colour scheme all day. At about 5 oclock I recieved an ODBC error clicked ok & the catalogue screen changed.

Where all the names for the branches are on the end of each of these was the actual html page it was related too. at this point I thought I should close it down & reopen. which I did. after reopening actinic I went into the colours & discovered that the color schemes I created ealier in the day no longer existed. I then just receated them & uploaded. I then hit the problem with the template. I know I asked about deleting this bit of text but this didnt make any difference. After adding the NETQUOTEVAR:SHIPANDHANDLEINFO back into the template again.

Monday I will enevitably have to start the process again. But as I said I couldnt get rid of the error so just opened actinic 5 & refreshed the site without a problem..

          malformed xml template.
Do you get this when viewing the shopping cart?

Try copying Act_OrderDetail, Act_ShoppingCart, Act_ShoppingCartXML, Act_Order00, Act_Order01, Act_Order02, Act_Order03, and Act_Order04 from 'Formats/Themes/Business' into 'Sites/Site1'. This will give you all the latest templates for doing the shopping cart and the checkout.

With regards to the filenames appearing, that is an option in 'Business Settings | Options' marked 'Show Page Names When Editing Catalog'. I'm afraid I have no idea about the color scheme issue.

You can upload your v6 store to a test area on your site by replacing all references to '/acatalog' with '/acatalog/test/acatalog' in 'Advanced | Network Settings'. Also, change the CGI Script ID to '6'.
