Select Shipping Destination probs

When asked what country to ship too, i want UK, or Outside UK.
I have this setup in Shipping and Handling, but the options i have when the website uploads are:

United Kingdom
None of the Above.

I have attached a snapshot of my setup.
Can someone tell me where i am going wrong.

In 'Advanced | Locations' I would scroll to the bottom of the 'country' list and rename 'None of the Above' to 'Outside UK'.

That should do it.

There are different shipping charges, i have two zones, UK and Outside Uk.
If i choose none of the above as my option when checking out it uses the default charge, not the outside uk shipping charges.

Hmmm...

Well, you can add 'Outside UK' as a country in 'Advanced | Locations' and then place it within the shipping zone you have set up for 'Outside UK'.

To get rid of 'None of the Above', tick the box in 'Business Settings | Tax' that reads 'Do Not Allow None of the Above as a Zone Member'. You can then remove 'None of the Above' from the bottom of the list in 'Advanced | Locations'.
