preview screen not updated

hi there,

i dont know if anyone can help me but, i am updating my actinic catalouge, but when i exit catalog pressing 'database backup' and re-enter it never updates my preview screen. i have now got a really old screen everytime i try use the preview of any web page. Can i have any help?

Hi there

This is a strange one. So, if you add a new product onto your catalog, then exit catalog. Open Catalog again, then right click on this new catalog and click on "Off line page preview", the product will not show up?

Try this, if you do see the new product, then the updates are being made

it seems really strange that after trying it this way , using left click and preview seemed to update the web, now when i use the preview using the shortcut buttons on the top it works, thats strange.
