Allowing only registered customers to order certain products

I would like some of my products to be available to purchase ONLY to registered/logged in customers.

Is it possible to:-

1) Show all of the products within the section, but only have the purchase option available to logged in customers on some if the products within that section (e.g. I have a range of products. I am getting a new product in, which is in limited supply, and although I want all customers to know that I have got it in my catalogue, I only want logged in users to be able to buy it).

and

2) Hide products from the section if I want them to only be available to logged in customers (as above, but I only want my logged in customers to know I've got the product, so I want it hidden from anyone that's not logged in)

De-select 'Enabled' in the 'Retail' row in the grid in the 'Prices' tab of the product.

De-select 'Product Visible' in the 'Retail' row in the grid in the 'Prices' tab of the product
