Packing Note edit ?

Yes another silly question

I want to add some text to the packing note but cant find the template

Can someone point me in the right direction i have version 6

You can customise all the existing prompts in the packing note by going to 'Design | Text | Order Processing Reports | Packing List'.

In order to add new text on there you need to edit the report template using Crystal Reports v8.5.

To edit the crystal report template, they are located in "C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\"

They are:
CatalogDetail.rpt,
CatalogSummary.rpt,
CreditCard.rpt,
CreditCardPreauth.rpt,
CustomerOrderSummary.rpt,
DataEntry.rpt,
Invoices.rpt,
orders.rpt,
OutstandingProducts.rpt,

TranRepTax.rpt
