I cannot help with this I'm afraid as it works fine in my copy of Actinic (v 6.1.4).

What version of Actinic are you on? (Check in 'Help | About'). It may be worth considering upgrading to the latest version and see if that helps.

Also, go to 'Housekeeping | Compact Databases' and see if that helps.

i am on version 6.1.3 i will try the compact data base and let you know, i will also try upgrading to 6.1.4 and see if this sorts it out
