I tried to do as little custom changes as possible to make it easier for me to change going forward. The only thing I did was add text to the headers and footers - the rest was all done with Actinic (but I'm sure that's obvious to you!).
I would like to create my own payment page for Authorize.net, but I'm a little weary. Is it difficult?
The UPSOnline Tools seems to be working well.
I'm only shipping to US to start (sorry the rest of the world).
May try and add multiple sales taxes to accomodate for Florida's different discretionary taxes: 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5%
Also thinking about trying to get the site index displayed on the homepage. Can it be done?
