Order Reports

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to have copies of orders or order reports emailed to a separate email address?

We have a copy of actinic order manager which will be used for processing orders at one site, but I would also like a list of sales (does not need full order details, just a report) to be send to another location/email?

Can anyone point me in the right direction on this?

I think all you have to is enter the appropriate address in the box marked "send receipt email copies to:".

This is found in business settings=> ordering.
