    Reports not working

    Hi All,

    We recently upgraded our aging Actinic version 5.0.0.0..something to the latest version of Actinic 5 available from the Actinic site, 5.1.6 . This was last week. All is working fine although we are now unable to produce sales reports. The transactions report is fine but the sales report is coming up all "zeros" when this is not the case.

    What could be wrong.

    Click the 'More Options' button when you have the 'Sales Analysis' report selected, and check that the tick-boxes at the top are ticked correctly for the sales you want to show in the report.
