Invoice to customer

Hi

At present i download my orders, print them off, when paid tipex out credit card details, photocopy and then use as the postage address and invoice for the customer?

Does actinic allow me to print a customer copy without cc details on it?
This would save me a lot of time

Really? Actinic actually includes the credit card details in the invoice?

I don't use actinic to capture CC details but I'd be amazed if this is the normal procedure. Are you sure this is on the receipt and not in the packing list?.

Try using the Reprint Packing List(s) button at the bottom.

You have three report choices:
1. Invoice report - Shows that it was paid and how, but not credit card details.
2. Packing list report - Shows what was ordered, but no prices and payments.
3. Data entry report - Shows everything. This is used to enter the order information manually into another system.

I did not know the last one existed!!

You don't see them until you enable them. Go to View / Business Settings / Ordering and you can enable them under Report Options.
