Deleting Emails

Not sure why but about 270 old sent emails became unchecked as "sent" and some were resent on a "send all emails" command. Until I franticly hit the cancel button!

This is not my main problem as I thought, OK just delete them.

This turned out to be a really labourous chore as you cannot select a block of emails to delete you have to go through all one at a time.
Making it worse the down arrow on keyboard has no effect.

Am I missing something here. The usuall Shift or Control select commands do not work.

In the end I had it down to a fine art as a 7 button keyboard move.

You're right. Not much fun to get rid of that lot then. I'll tell the development team about that.

In future, you could always try editing the ActinicCatalog.mdb database and editing the 'OrderMail' table directly.
