I have had a search for this on the community. & on knowlege base. But havent found anything.

I have added

"What Letters would you like :-" On other Info on the prompts for my product.
I've uploaded the site done a search for my product

Even though on actinic its still not appearing on the website anyone have any ideas?

You're using Quantity on Confirmation Page for that product section. You'll see the prompt after you press the Add to Shopping Cart button.

Hi Norman, when we did this on the training couse yesterday the box came up on the product. Is this because we are using a different version of actinic?

They would be using "Quantity on Product Page" type sections. You do this by clicking the section (on the product tree) and in Layout / Shopping mode (if you don't see Layout click Advanced) choose Quantity on Product Page.

If you wan your entire catalog laid out like this you do it in Design / Options / Shop Defaults / Shopping Mode. You can still change individual sections if you like.
