Free shipping for UK and Channel Islands based on quantity

Hi

We currently have shipping based on total quantity with shipping bands of UK, Europe and rest of the world.

We want to have free shipping to the UK but keep charging for Europe and the rest of the World.

Is this just a matter of setting the prices to zero for each quantity setting I currently have for UK shipping and leaving the others as they are?

We currently have the don't allow excess set and I think the client will want to retain that for the overseas post.

Change the class that you have under the UK zone in shipping and handling to have one entry that will be 0 for Quantity and £0.00 for price, then select take the highest value in the table.
