Reduce site size

I would like to reduce the size of my pages to be 800 pixels wide, which will do away with the bottom scroll bar and fit nicely onto most customers monitors.

Please can you tell me how i achieve this

I tend to do this by setting the site inside a table which is 720 pixels wide.

you will need to edit ACT_PRIMARY
