script error when upgrading

when I upgraded my actinc from 6.1.2 to 6.1.4 , I get script error.

customers could add to basket but when they tried to pay for it, the program gave script error.

I have customized my pages in many places including in the shopping cart. But i dont remember all the changes I made.

How and what is the best way to do this upgrade?

It didnt go to the AUTHORIZENET page. It went all the way to the last page and It said contact webmaster.

I would copy all the *.pm and *.pl files out of the 'Original' folder into your 'Sites\Site1' folder.

I would also copy all the *.pm and *.pl files out of the 'OCCUpgrade\CommonOCC' folder into the 'Site1\CommonOCC' folder.

If you had to make any manual adjustments to the *.pl file for Authorise.Net then you will need to re-apply these changes.

Then do a 'Web | Refresh Website'.
