emailing problems

When i try to send emails to my customers from whitin the Actinic program, I get the following error:

Actinic Ecommerce received a server error from the web server. The CGI scripts are not executing properly on the server. Run Web | Configure Web Site Details... to review your web site configuration.

When i run the "Configure Web Site Details", the TEST EMAIL that it sends, works just fine. But, when i try to send emails to clienst, it gives error.

how do i fix this problem? Thanks.

It sounds to me like one of the scripts might be corrupt.

You could try doing a full site refresh, if that doesn't work, change the CGI script number to something different and do a refresh. That'll force Actinic do update all the scripts.
