Payment Method template

Hello

I am tying to find the payment method template so that I can edit the layout of it. I think it is a seperate template that fits into order02 but alas, I cannot see where it comes from.

Get hold of the Advanced User Guide and look at p126.

That gives all the prompts in 'Design | Text' that control the appearence of the payment method drop-down.
