Changing Template for /acatalog/index.html

Hello,

I wish to add an external link to the first catalog page of an Actinic Business 6 site and wish this link to appear on the top-level catalog page (with other top level sections) and nowhere else.

The obvious solution seems to be to create a custom template based on Act_Primary.html and use this template for the top-level page.

However, the top-level page (denoted by the green icon in the product tree) does not appear to have the facility to change the template that governs its layout.

Is there a way to change this template?

Is there another way of adding the link?

Go to 'Design | Options | Sections'. The field you require is the 'Front Page Layout' field.

Any stuff relating to the default settings or front page of the store is in 'Design | Options'. They can then be overriden at the section level.
