Creating a form in dreamweaver...

Hi,

If I create a form in dreamweaver for colecting customer information ect ect, How do I go about adding it to my site.

Any help much appreciated.

create the form as you would normally. Then create a link from an actinic template to it. Add the form to Advanced Menu, additional files to get it to uplaod

How do you get those little Zoom + on the images? thats quite nice

it looks to me as if the zoom is simply part of the image,
