HSBC Emails and OCC files

I've recently converted a site to use the HSBC ePayment PSP, but have just had a message from the client saying they ar enot recieving an OCC file back informing if the card has been authorised and also Actinic is not sending the email taht it used to do, informing that there are new orders.

Any ideas?

It sounds like HSBC is having issues performing the callback back to your customer's web site.

HSBC should have an event/error log available for the site. See if you can get hold of that and see whether it gives more information about what is happening.
