pop up special offers on brochure page

Good Morning.
I know some of you growl at the idea of pop ups hitting you as soon as you log on to a site, but as the client has asked for this I must try make it so

How if posible do I add a special offers popup on the brochure page, the popup allowing the buyer to order direct from the pop up..ie as in the extended info pages

Hmmm.... Norman Rouxel has written a patch to have add to cart buttons in the pop-up page HERE but these rely on their being launched from the page that contains the actual live product.

You could maybe launch the actual product page within the pop-up window. If the page only contained one product (and does not have massive images and navigation etc at the top) then this would work fine.

Here's another readme that allows a few selected products to be shown on brochure pages, complete with Add to Cart button.

Don't ask for any help on this though (unless you want to hire me).
