Every order that i get goes to 2 places:
1) pending and completed
and
2) Pending Payment service provider

when it goes into "pending and completed", it does not disapear from "Pending Payment service provider"
I tested it with my own credit card, and it still did the same thing.
No matter what.

how can i resolve this?

I guess 'Pending and Completed' includes ALL orders, including the ones in 'Pending Payment Service Provider'.

It sounds to me like something strange is going on here.

orders made with a credit card should go into the 'pending' tab and move to 'completed' once the order has been shipped and invoiced. 'pending and completed' is just a way of looking at orders that are in 'pending' or 'completed'.

The only orders in the 'Pending PSP' tab are those where the payment has not been succesfully processed. They shouldn't appear in any of the other tabs at the same time.

I can confirm that on my system, orders in the 'pending PSP' tab do not appear in the 'pending and completed' tab.

Actinic need to look at this again.

Could you please confirm that the same order that appears in the 'Pending and Completed' tab definitely appears in the 'Pending Payment Service Provider' tab. Check the order numbers carefully.
