All of a sudden, our website started giving "NULL Input" error when a person was at checkout.
The "NULL Input" was happening at any checkout stage where the os*.pl script was called.
Then, it seemed to happen only when a different address was used for shipping.
Finally, it routinely gave the NULL INPUT error after submitting the page with the Ship To and CC Info was entered. (We use our own SSL and LINUX-Apache server.).
The site was "refreshed" several times. After each refresh, we tested the site and got the NULL Input error.
Scripts were also generated and uploaded manually. This did not get the site functioning properly, either. At least not on the first or second attempts.
A miracle: I think, am not certain, that it is working for now. I am concerned about it failing again.
Why would this happen, how do we remedy this, and more importantly how can we avoid this?
