I'd been having a problem for ages with one particular site in that on the development machine and every other PC in the office, the site we'd created worked fine, but when it was installed on the clients PC's (one desktop, one laptop) none of the product images showed up when viewing a preview.
I spoke to Toby from Tech Support and we went through everything we could think of and nothing fixed it, I emailed him a snapshot which he tinkered with, but sill nothing.
I found today that on both machines all .gif, .jpg and .bmp files were associated with 'MS picture it!' and no matter what i tried i couldnt re-associate them with anything else, so i uninstalled picture it! and everything is now as it should be.
This has been a real pain in the backside to figure out, so i thought i'd post the problem on here in case anyone else has the same problem in the future.
