Downloading catalogue?

Hi Everyone

I need to get all the products in my catalogue into either a .csv or a spreadsheet and I wondered if anyone knows whether this is possible and how I go about doing this?

Apologies - I'm in no way techie so this is probably a v. silly question

You can export product information from your catalog using the export function on the file menu, this will give you a hierarchical file format with all of the product/section/brochure page details, this format is a bit tricky to decipher though.

If you just want basic product details, most of the details are held in the file called ActinicCatallog.mdb, you can link to this from excel and pull over the fields that you want in your spreadsheet. Price fields are stored in pennies in Actinic so you might want to adjust them in your spreadsheet.
