perl scripts not uploading?

Hi...

I have been running and updating one of our sites for two months no problem...

I have taken a snapshot copy on CDROM to the clients PC which is running the same "business" version but we are having trouble where scripts are not uploading?

I have gone back to my snapshot on my PC and uploaded fine...

When the client uploads his upload says "complete" but when I FTP up the the site there are only 8 or 9 pm/pl files?

I upload the scripts manually and all is well...

Why are they not uploading automatically?

Did you do a 'Web | Refresh Website'? You always need to do this after importing a snapshot.

A refresh means that Actinic will know exactly which files it has uploaded (i.e. all of them) and so will be able to upload correctly from now on.

Yes Chris...

We did a full Refresh and it completed OK...

Weird, it is fine now we have FTP'd the *.pm and *.pl files up but I will monitor it and let you know if I find any other indications as to why.

We are having fun now with the WorldPay inplementation...
