Norcascade Menu

I have just downloaded the Norcascade menu and can't wait to start using it..... unfortunately when I make any amendments to the software the changes are not being reflected when I preview my site.

Downloading the various files appears to have been successful. The following files have been saved to my /Site1/ folder by the software:

pop_style.css
norcascade_pop_tail.js
norcascade_pop_data.js
pop_core.js
pop_events.js
norcascade_config.ini

And the new menu is displaying in the Norcascade intial design.

I'm sure there is a very simple explanation for this and I would be ever so grateful for the answer - even if I do end up with 'egg on my face'!

Typical, post a question and one resolves the issue!

I clicked on 'Create Vars' again, and then resaved the setting and the changes were reflected....
