shipping problem

I upgraded from 6.1.2 to 6.1.4 and the SHIPPING charges are not added or shown when the customer checks out.

It now shows the:

"Class of Service: NETQUOTEVAR:SHIPPINGSELECT"
before it showed:
GROUND service (which is the only way we ship)

Before the upgarde , everything was fine.
