I get an error message saying that the requested phrase was not found. I had something similar to this once before and had to delete a file which sorted things out.

You can try deleting the file you mentioned to see if that solves your problem.
If you click the Start button, then Run. Type regedit - then click OK, this will open up the registry editor.
On the left hand side you will have a tree of icons, if you go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Actinic/Catalog5/Sites/Site1 (or what ever you have named you site folder) - there will be a folder in there called Printer Settings. If you delete that, then go back into Actinic and try to print your invoice again - does that solve the problem?
