Navigation Bar alignment

I am trying to center align the Navigation Bar but I cannot find where or what code to use. can anyone help?

What theme are you using? From your description, it could be a clean layout.

In which case, go to 'Design | Options | Layouts' and click 'Edit' next to the 'Default Overall Layout' field.

Search for NETQUOTEVAR:FOOTERGUIDE and edit the <td> tag just above it. Add in

align="center"

into this <td> tag.
