This is due to the Act_Order02.html template not being upgraded correctly. The only way to fix this is to revert to a brand new Act_Order02.html template and then re-applying any necessary design changes.
To do this:
- Browse to 'Actinic Ecommerce v4\Formats\Themes\Business' on your PC
- Highlight 'Act_Order02.html' and copy it to the clipboard
- Paste this file into your site folder (normally 'Site1')
- Upload your store.
