Default to UK for delivery

How do I make the country field on the delivery page default to the United Kingdom and not be allowed to be changed.

If you only ship to the UK and are fairly sure that you will only ship to the uk you can remove the location called 'None of the above' from the locations list (Advanced/Locations), then if your shipping zones only contain UK the drop down list will be replaced with the text UK and the user will not be able to change it - take a look at www.integratedLabels.co.uk I've just set it up to do that on that site.
