    Hey,

    I'm using the trial-version of actinic with the trial hosting. I stopped getting confimation-emails when making orders. It worked before (stopped a few days ago). I've checked in the business-options for recieving email. And I've talked with other persons running the trial version, and they recieve the confirmation-email on their site (not mine). Is there any other places in the software which migh influence this?

    Check that you are placing test orders with a valid email address, and ensure that 'Send Receipt Email To Customer' is checked in 'Business Settings | Ordering'.

    It's also worth checking you have a valid email address entered in 'Business Settings | Company/Contact'
