No shipping charges at checkout

I am in the process of setting up a new website but the shipping costs are not coming up as you go through the checkout. I've attached a copy of the Shipping and Handling Tab. The customers website is http://www.speedmarine.co.uk if that's of any use.

I can't think what I've missed! Can anyone help? By the way I have just updated to 6.1.4 to see if that would resolve the problem but it is still the same.

I just added a new class of service 'Courier Charge' which is configured the same way as standard charge. Now I get a Shipping and Handling section on the Invoice address page in the checkout but the class of service is diaplayed as NETQUOTEVAR:SHIPPINGSELECT.

My understanding is that this is an internal tag that should have been replaced by the system when the site was uploaded.

For anyones that interested I resolved the problemby: -

Turned off shipping costs
Updated the website,
Turned on shipping costs
Updated the website

This has fixed the problem. I presume the process forced Actinic to regenerate the shipping costs section
