devoper license

hello, can someone explain to me as i am a abit confused,
if i create several stores with developer, does anyone else or me have to buy a license to use the sites.
I mean can i buy developer, build stores for anyone and let them use there store with the order manager. I realize they have to buy order manager but is that all they need to buy.

That's right.

The way it works is this:

Developer allows you to create and maintain as many sites as you want on the same PC. These can be live stores, taking orders, and you can create as many of them as you want.

The issue comes when you want to transfer all, or part, of the control of a site to someone else. They need a license of Actinic that belongs to them. If they are just retrieving orders, then they can purchase a license of Order Manager, and you can keep uploading the store from your copy of Developer.

If they want to upload as well as download, they they will need a license of Actinic Catalog or Business.
