Orders lost

When I tried to retrieve orders from the website using Actinic it stated that there are 60 orders but it only retrieved one order. Could you please someone tell me where the other 59 orders went? This is the first time it's happened. How can I retrieve these orders?

try looking in the pending payment service providers, just click on the tab in orders, next to "Pending" "Completed" etc and you will probably find them

FTP into yor acatalog directory and see if there are any .ord files. If not, you got them all.
