description field in worldpay not showing, how do I sort it out?

Currently any order email being received from worldpay is coming with the description field blank. Is there something I haven't setup right? All I want is for the product description to appear in this field so that it is easier to understand which order it relates to.
Any help much appreciated.

I don't think the product descriptions are ever passed to Worldpay. I think Actinic just passes order totals and address info. Looking at the 'OCCWorldPayScriptTemplate.pl' file, I'm sure of it.

Perhaps a Worldpay user out there would be able to enlighten us about what that description field might be used for.
