Integration with Microsoft Great Plains

One of our clients has decided to switch accounting packages from Sage to Great Plains, and wants to have their e-commerce site integrate with the accounts package.

Can anyone suggest a resource which would help me discover if this is even possible, and better still how to do it?

Actinic orders can be exported into csv files, so the easiest way forward is to look at the import facilities of great plains and convert the Actinic files into a format that it will accept.
