Does printing the outstanding data entry report count as printing the invoices with regards to allowing the software to 'complete' the order?
My customer doesnt need the invoices and it seems a waste of paper to print packing lists to get the quantities and invoices to get the cc info& allow software to 'complete' the order.

Yes, that will move the order (once it is paid for and shipped) to the completed tab.
