Secure Trading Issue

Hi everyone,

I am currently testing my cleints site using Secure Trading.

Everthing is fine however when the site goes onto the Secure Trading Form some of the information is missiing ie All the address details, phone number etc.

I spoke to ST and the guy said that I should put the name of the address fiels that actinic use into the customised form that is provided. I have tried this but nothing seems to happen.

I was using the 'deliveraddress1' as the names. Is this wrong? Am i using the wrong list? Somebody please help!

I had a similar problem which persisted for ages - Steve Quinn at Harlequin eventually discovered for me that there is a separate spec from Secure Trading specifically for Actinic. Are you using that?

Hi Rich,

I found that actinic section by accident really. It seems that some of the fields in the form.htm need to be amended for it to work correctly.

The problem is now rectified. Thanks for your response.
